Compassionate, dedicated volunteers are the life force of It Takes A Village Foundation, and they are needed in all areas of our organization.

Dr. Hodges It Takes A Village Foundation has a strong commitment to the people we serve, and we ask for an equally strong commitment from the volunteers who work with us.

All volunteers go through an application and orientation process prior to beginning their service.

By joining our team of dedicated volunteers, you'll build relationships with other like-minded people in your community. You'll learn to work with our animals, help facilitate their adoption into new homes and extend our reach into the community by representing our foundation programs at off-site activities and special events.

Submitting an application is the first step.

If accepted into the program, further instructions for scheduling an orientation will be sent to the email address you provide. Acceptance and placement are based on our needs and your availability and interests.

Your application will stay on file for 90 days to give you ample opportunity to register for a volunteer orientation session.
